Job Description

The SEO and Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our SEO and social media strategies. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can contribute to enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, and engaging our audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in SEO strategies
  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Optimize website content
  • meta tags
  • on-page elements for SEO
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools
  • Perform competitor analysis
  • Develop and implement social media strategies
  • Create and curate high-quality engaging content for social media platforms
  • Manage social media accounts including posting and scheduling
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce visually appealing and informative posts
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools
  • and implement best practices
  • Work with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content for blogs articles and website pages
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Track and report on key SEO and social media metrics
  • providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Create monthly reports to show the effectiveness of SEO and social media campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO and Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and other digital marketing channels.
